Ad Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Operations Manager to join our Platform Demand team. In this role, you’ll work closely with international publishers and digital media owners to help them optimize monetization strategies and maximize advertising revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, client-first mindset

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Prior experience in Ad Operations or Account Management in the programmatic advertising space
• Understanding of CPM campaign models
• International work experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Understanding of Header Bidding technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily Campaign Management: Oversee, monitor, and optimize active campaigns to meet delivery and performance goals.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring: Detect and resolve campaign or technical issues; track and analyze KPIs regularly.
• Account Support & Analytics: Support clients and internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations based on performance data.
• Reporting & Tracking Coordination: Maintain accurate tracking and ensure consistent reporting across systems.
• Brand Safety & Inventory Validation: Evaluate new inventory sources and review creatives to ensure brand-safe environments.
