PRINTEC Group Of Companies, a leading provider of Transaction Automation solutions in South Eastern Europe and an important Systems Integrator, seeks to recruit a highly motivated professional for its operations in the Republic of Moldova, based in Chisinau:
ACCOUNTANT
(Ref. ACMOL01)
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing and control over transactions in the areas of Accounts Payable/Receivable: financial accounting, bookkeeping, credit and collection, inventory control, billing, payroll, imports, warehouse oversight, logistics
• Preparing all necessary financial statements of the Company for reporting purposes to Tax Authorities
• Preparing Annual Revenue and Expenses Planning in collaboration with the General Manager
• Ensuring the implementation of Group Financial Policies locally
• Producing financial reports for local and Group management
• Preparing and maintaining of External Audit and Group consolidation files
The ideal candidate should:
• Hold an Accounting or Economics University Degree
• Have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the accounting department preferably within an international company in the IT Industry
• Be familiar with payroll calculation and social security, VAT, income tax and other local practices
• Previous experience in trade logistics (customs, forwarding, LCs, physical warehouse)
• Good working knowledge of local financial accounting report principles and ISA
• Competent in key business software applications (MS Excel/Word, local financial accounting packages etc)
• Very good command of the English and Romanian language
• Excellent organizational, analytical, multi-tasking and interpersonal/communication skills
