Playing a leading role in running a successful branch by making the right choices to
deliver excellent results and achieve retail goals. Responsible for the profitability and
maximization of Return On Capital Employed within the branch.
Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for the branch.
Co-ordination sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing and staff costs.
Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
Managing the daily activities of the branch.
Enforcing the companies’ policies, principles, and procedures.
Inspiring and motivating staff.
Identifying then addressing team training and development needs.
Coaching and developing staff to do more and better.
Adherence to regulatory requirements.
Providing excellent service to customers
Interpreting, analyzing and producing sales & financial data.
Enhancing awareness of the company branch and brand.
Liaising with the Area Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Communicating clear business messages to staff.
Responsible for dealing with complex and diverse managerial problems.

Provide quality education as per course curriculum of Cisco Academy for CCNA Routing
and switching, CCNA Security, IT Essentials with passive support of CISCO Support
Center Islamabad (ICT).
Responsibilities:
 Delivering lectures as per the Cisco Certification Course outline for each course,
covering topics such as networking fundamentals, LAN switching technologies,
routing technologies, network security, and more.
 Conducting "Packet Tracer Activity & Labs" as per the companion guide for each
course. This involves setting up and configuring Cisco routers and switches
using Packet Tracer, a network simulation tool, to give students hands-on
experience in configuring and troubleshooting networks.
 Conducting online Chapter Exam, Practice Final Exam, Final Exam, and Skill Based Assessment to assess students' understanding and progress.
 Preparing the grade book and applying for certificates and letters for students
who successfully complete the course.
 In addition to these responsibilities, you would also need to have access to
Cisco hardware routers and switches to provide students with hands-on
experience in configuring and troubleshooting real-world networks. The specific
models of hardware routers and switches would depend on the course being
taught, but could include models such as the Cisco 1841 router, Cisco 2960
switch, and Cisco 5505 ASA firewall for the CCNA Security course.
