My tasks within the job:
- receive incidents from native french users via telephone, effective communication with the native french users, and demonstration of good listening skills;
- making decisions using my existing knowledge base and problem-solving skills for the initial diagnosis of technical incidents;
- putting into practice the knowledge and training to resolve as many incidents as possible at the initial contact;
- demonstrating attention to detail in recording and classifying all technical incidents received;
- escalation and timely transmission to other incident resolution teams in which no knowledge or solutions were found.

• Windows Server: Active Directory - Account Administration;
• SAP Logon - Account Administration;
• MS Office 2016 Troubleshooting;
• Provided support for various platforms / systems or applications;
• Troubleshoot other client specific applications;
• iPhone\iPad\Android corporate email configuration and troubleshooting;
• Networking area: Wireless connections, VPN connections, printers;
• Ticketing system used: ServiceNow.
