CV: IT Project Manager (Junior)

- managing of an alternative trading platform of the Stock Exchange of Moldova (MTS), including the management of technical processes for maintaining the system and making the necessary modifications;
- leading a team of 3-10 members, including IT specialists;
- leading of the process of developing a regulatory framework for securities trading on trading platforms managed by the Moldova Stock Exchange, including technical specifications, rules of trading and reports.

- managing of the company within the established competence;

- leading of the department's staff;
- trading of corporate securities as a broker on the Moldova Stock Exchange using the Automated Trading System (SAIT);
- trading of government securities as a Dealer at auctions organized by the National Bank of Moldova using Interbank Messaging and Bloomberg systems;
- participating in development and implementation of the securities module , including collaboration with IT team, during the new banking system implementation;
- implementing of investment projects;
- developing and maintaining detailed work plans, schedules and status reports.

- control and supervision of trading processes of Moldova Stock Exchange, including control of compliance of trading rules by brokers;
- representation of the MSE interests in relations with government agencies, counter-parties, another persons .
