CV: IT Recruiter

I have over 2 years of commercial experience as a full-cycle IT Recruiter. I am part of a team that has 6 recruiters and 1 team leader. I have implemented automation of recruitment processes in Team Tailor ATS I have responsibility for handling vacancies with varying complexity, conducting structured interviews. Working primarily with clients from Ukraine, but also those from USA, Israel, EU, Moldova and Azerbaijan. Manage recruitment efforts for up to 5 vacancies monthly, successfully placing 1-3 candidates per month I have closed positions for backend and frontend developers, QA professionals, tech support, DevOps specialists, sales and marketing positions, and C-Level executives.
