  • Reach and maintain the company’s set goals (minimum 6k in gross) and an average of 7.5-9$k of total driver’s gross.
  • Keeping the drivers always moving by booking loads in advance.
  • Maintaining a friendly relationship between drivers and myself.
  • Strong eye on tolls, hours of service, upcoming holidays, and natural events that may affect driver’s safety and load’s safe transit.
  • On-time TMS data entry.
  • Building a contact list of brokers that can possibly make load booking faster and with the set rate.
  • Keeping 5-6 sometimes 7 trucks because of the company’s standard quality over quantity.
