RAMP-UP TEAM MANAGER IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY – 30/04/2016 – 30/06/2023
In this position I was responsible for the Mobile Ramp-Up Team.
Specialty: Ramp Up new Draexlmaier Plants worldwide.
Production areas: Cable Cutting, Pre Assembly and Maintenance.
Scope: Preparation of the wires for further Final Assembly Areas.
The final product: Electrical System Harness ready to be assembled on a car body.
Customers: BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche, Mercedes.

Main activities:

  1. Ensuring all production processes in the factory.
  2. Strategic planning of the production areas (including Maintenance).
  3. Budget planning.
  4. Workforce planning, training and supervising.
  5. KPIs establishment and monitoring.
  6. Working together with the rest of the departments (Logistic, Quality etc.) in order to ensure smooth Production process in compliance with customer requirements in terms of quantity, deadline, quality and costs.
  7. Participating in Continuous Improvement Process.
  8. Participation in internal and external audits.
  9. Data analysis in order to find bottlenecks and room for improvements.
  10. Implementing systems (new software / know-hows / best practices) in the running Draexlmaier Plants worldwide.

Achievements:

  1. Optimizations of the production processes in following Draexlmaier Plants: Balti (Moldova - Home Plant), Satu Mare (Romania), Timisoara (Romania), Zrenjanin (Serbia), Kavadarci (Macedonia).
  2. Ramp-Up C-SUV Project in Balti (Moldova) 2016-2017.
  3. Ramp-Up ZETA Machines in Sousse (Tunisia) 2017-2019.
  4. Ramp-Up CKD Project in Tam Ky (Vietnam) 2021-2022.
