Motivation for the Executive Assistant Position

I am interested in this position because it perfectly combines my experience in multicultural environments with my communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English.

As an interpreter for OSCE observers (2023-2024), I developed the ability to transmit precise information between parties, working with confidentiality and professionalism. Participation in international programs (FLEX Alumni, Erasmus+, Common Purpose Europe101) has prepared me for multi-tasking and working in multicultural contexts.

My experience in coordinating events and projects, together with my knowledge of MS Office and Excel, makes me suitable for managing managerial agendas and organizing complex administrative activities. Completing the "Effective Time Management" seminar demonstrates my commitment to administrative excellence.

I am a dynamic, organized person, available for mobility, ready to provide essential support to the Manager in all administrative aspects.
