Transmission Methods Engineer
Responsible for developing technical documentation, Level 2 technical support, and coordinating cross-functional operations across a multi-vendor environment (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Cisco). The role encompasses a wide range of IT support and network operations tasks, including resource management, coordination of technical activities, and ensuring efficient service delivery:

• Handling incident tickets and analyzing customer impact
• Integration and testing of new equipment: routers, switches, radio (2G/3G/4G/5G), and microwave (FH)
• Drafting clear and structured technical documentation, including migration procedures, automation guides, and standard operating methods
• Supporting automatic network device configuration via AWX/Ansible
• Conducting engineer training sessions, workshops
• Trans Integration of new E///radio site 2G/3G/4G /5GTDD /4G 5G FDD
• Migration to fiber of radio site on trans FH/GPON/CEMv2/ATM/TDM
• Cisco/nokia router and mobile service migration on Huawei router NE8K.
• Drafting of the method for the migration of Trans FH links to FTTA.
• Support L2 for transmission network operations (SAO Trans L2)
• Qualification of the transmission before IMES (Integration and commissioning)
• Support for operations during IMES Huawei and Ericsson on 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Trans sites.
• Integration of new equipment FH Capillaire Microwave (E//, Huawei, NEC, SIAE)
• Integration of new equipment (router) Cisco NCS540 / Nokia 7250 on the service provider network
• Support for operations Migration to fiber/FH of radio services and access routers for different architect types
