ERICSSON MOLDOVA – CHISINAU MANAGED SERVICE ENGINEER – 1 SEP 2022 – 15 MAY 2025

• Technical Authority Expert delivery for Bouygues Telecom France on Huawei technologies.
• Designed and coordinated automation workflows for 2G/3G reparenting/ADD and Delete SPGW and MME in both single-operator and RAN sharing environments, including input preparation for development teams and post-deployment script validation.
• Configuration on NR/LTE/UMTS/GSM Radio Network of SPGW and MME and interfaces IUR, IUPS, IUCS, A-Ter-Gb.
• Migration of 2G TDM and 3G ATM networks to IP-based systems.
• Decommissioning of BSC/RNC (Huawei). Deletion from the network.
• Managed remote teams from India and support escalation during activities.
• Conducting performance analysis, license, software and troubleshooting of 2/3/3/5G systems.
• Managed Rehoming of nodes (BTS39xx, BST59xx, RNC, BSC) and load balancing within OSS frameworks to improve network efficiency.

ERICSSON MOLDOVA – CHISINAU, MOLDOVA RAN SUPPORT ENGINEER – 2014 – 2022

1. Project Bouygues Telecom (France): BDM Engineer with Ericsson technologies.
   • Testing to validate RAN solutions correction for commissioning and integration of single and RAN Sharing sites (2G/3G/4G/5G).
   • Commissioning and integration of BB6630/BB6631/BB6641/BB6651 for single and multiple BB interconnection scenario.
   • Script generation and pre-integration of BB using Auto Provisioning tool.
   • Creation of procedures for pre-integration and swap from Huawei equipment (2/3/4G sites) to Ericsson (2/3/4/5G sites) for factory process.
   • Application used: ENM (ERICSSON toll) and Bouygues tools.
2. Project Orange Moldova.
   • Responsible for new GSM/ UMTS/ LTE and SRAN (CoMPT) site deployment, commission, integration and acceptance.
   • Analyze network performance, resolve complex network problems on RNC, BSC, NodeB, eNodeB side.
   • Perform modification of parameters for network elements, implementation of new features. Detect network inconsistency and solve them.
   • Technical assistance for field engineers during site integration and commissioning or configuration change and troubleshooting on faulty sites.
   • Huawei application used: iMaster MAE or M2020 old version, CME, mAOS, NetEco.

ERICSSON MOLDOVA – CHISINAU FIELD SERVICES ENGINEER – 2014 – 2016

• Responsible for accepting preventive maintenance on RAN equipment. Defining maintenance specifications for subcontractors.
• Commissioning/ troubleshooting and installation of 2G Alcatel-Lucent / 3G DBS3800 and DBS3900, small-cells models.
• Skilled in NEC microwave systems configuration, expertise in cable measurement, connector replacement, and fault detection on iPaso 200, 400, 1000 series installations and upgrades.
