I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning. I am committed to both personal and professional growth and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments. I approach every task with responsibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Dispatch Training
As part of my professional development in the field of dispatching, I completed a specialized course that combined both theoretical and practical training. During this course, I gained hands-on experience in real dispatch scenarios, including:

• Communicating directly with brokers
• Finding and booking loads for drivers
• Understanding load boards and negotiation strategies
• Learning which zones are profitable and safe, and which areas to avoid
• Managing schedules and optimizing routes

This training helped me build a solid foundation in logistics and dispatch operations, and gave me valuable insight into the daily responsibilities of a dispatcher.
