Webflow Developer

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and optimize high-performing websites. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a good eye for design, and who enjoys collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build new websites and landing pages in Webflow based on design specifications (primarily from Figma).
• Implement responsive design to ensure sites work seamlessly across all devices and browsers.
• Leverage Webflow CMS to create and manage dynamic, content-driven pages.
• Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow Interactions and, when needed, custom JavaScript.
• Integrate external APIs into page designs.
• Optimize websites for performance and core Web Vitals (load times, image optimization, clean code).
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure best practices (schema markup, accessibility, metadata, etc.).
• Maintain and update existing Webflow websites, troubleshoot issues, and ensure longterm stability.
• Ensure clean site structure and consistent use of styles and class naming conventions.

Job Requirements:
• Proven expertise in Webflow development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Webflow frameworks (e.g., Client-First by Finsweet).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, IT, and marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to shifting
priorities, and meet deadlines.
