Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the travel reservations of clients from their initial request to completion
• Providing best in class customer service
• Coordinating international travel reservation
• Supporting existing and exploring new contacts in order to maintain customers database

• Proven knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry
• Advanced English level written and spoken
• Good communication skills
