Unity Developer

At our studio, every line of code contributes to something players will love — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Game Development: Build engaging 3D games from the ground up in Unity, contributing to everything from core mechanics to UI systems.
• Gameplay & UI Programming: Design and implement responsive gameplay features and user interfaces that feel great on console and PC platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Write efficient, scalable code and optimize the game.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to create polished, well-integrated features.
• Take Ownership: Manage your codebase using Git and maintain clean, maintainable code while proactively suggesting improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Unity 3D and C# (minimum 2 year in production projects)
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques specific to Unity (draw calls, memory usage, asset compression, etc.)
• Comfortable using version control systems like Git or GitHub in a collaborative environment
• A self-starter with an eagerness to learn new tools, solve problems independently, and grow as a developer
• Genuine passion for game development and a proactive, responsible approach to work

Bonus Points For:

• Shipped mobile game titles or prototypes
• Experience with Unity tools such as Addressables, URP, or custom shaders
