Technical Support Engineer (Relocation to Serbia/Slovakia)

Servers.com, an international hosting provider, is looking for a technical support engineer to join our team in Serbia or Slovakia.
Servers.com provides reliable business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services. Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services and other high-load systems.

Requirements:
• your Russian and English is sufficient for e-mail correspondence;
• you are attentive to details, able to search and analyze information;
• you have a deep understanding of how the Internet and networks work;
• experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian);
• knowledge of working in the Linux terminal.
