Technical IT Support

Seniority: Mid-level (strong Junior and Senior applicants are also welcome)

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, reproduce, and analyze technical issues to identify the cause and apply suitable fixes or escalate when necessary.
  • Create, track, and maintain incident reports in the internal system, ensuring proper categorization and SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, QA, and product teams to ensure effective and timely resolution of technical incidents.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively respond to critical alerts or major incidents.
  • Act as the first technical point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and consistent support.
  • Escalate unresolved cases or urgent matters to senior levels while maintaining full visibility of ongoing issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or related role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience using Jira for ticket tracking and Confluence or similar tools for documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of how technical issues influence client operations.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Confident using browser developer tools to diagnose web issues and interpret standard error codes (e.g., 404, 500).
  • English at a B2 level or higher, plus fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Basic knowledge of log management (e.g., ELK) and monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare or similar CDN and web security tools is advantageous.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of online sports data systems, bet structures, and settlement logic.
  • Practical experience with Grafana or similar monitoring platforms.

Work Setup:

  • L1 Tech Support
  • Mixed shifts (day and night rotations).
  • Around 160 working hours per month.
