  • Manage specialists in the department.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the team's actions.
  • Evaluate the professional skills of department employees, develop personnel assessments.
  • Conduct meetings with the team.
  • Keep track of High-Risk* clients (monitoring the Not Verified report).
  • Create a schedule of payments to clients.
  • Timely and accurately process incoming and outgoing client payments.
  • Collaborate with the transaction monitoring manager to check incoming lost transactions from clients.


  • Proficiency in Russian language C1-C2, and English language C1.
  • Knowledge and skills of netiquette.
  • Linguistic skills - high.
  • Proficiency in computer skills at an advanced level.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology.
  • Ability to quickly switch to new tasks and focus on solving customer issues.
  • Knowledge and understanding of payment methods.
  • Mathematical calculation skills for creating departmental reports.
