What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Handling Helpdesk Level 1 & 2 requests, providing timely support and troubleshooting for end-users to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Monitoring system health, performing regular maintenance, and proactively identifying potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Administering and optimizing network components (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers), ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across all sites.
• Managing user access, group policies, and authentication services, maintaining compliance and data integrity.
• Supporting and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
• Collaborating with IT support and development teams to implement system upgrades, troubleshoot escalated issues, and support business continuity.
• Documenting procedures, and incident resolutions to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the team.
