We’re looking for a driven Sourcing Specialist who’s passionate about identifying and engaging top-tier sales talent to help scale our business and grow our revenue teams.

What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future sales roles across the organization
• Craft compelling outreach messages that highlight our brand and opportunities
• Pre-screen and qualify leads to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent sourcing
• Represent our employer brand with authenticity and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on sales roles
• Experience sourcing within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is a plus
• Strong communication and outreach writing skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Resourceful, persistent, and proactive mindset
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

We are looking for candidate who:

• Speaks English at Intermediate level;
• Pay great attention to detail;
• Easily handles multiple tasks;
• Available to work from the office.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 15:00-00:00 (from the office)
