Software commissioning specialist with 1 month onboarding in Germany

Tasks

• Preparation and implementation of software installations and updates at customer sites (remote)
• Collection and maintenance of customer data
• Maintenance and management of remote customer access
• Initial error analysis for support requests (Level 2 Support)
• Active collaboration with the development team
• Customer-specific configurations and adaptation of SQL scripts
• Recording, maintenance, and tracking of bug reports (Level 1 Support)
• Supporting development in reproducing error patterns
• Supporting development in verifying bug fixes

Profile

• Experience with web servers (advantageous: Windows Server, IIS)
• Experience with IT infrastructure, IT networks
• Experience with web applications
• Knowledge of SQL and databases (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Data formats: XML, JSON
• Will be an asset: Experience with web development
• Will be an asset: Experience with web authentication flows
• Language skills: Englisch min. B2, readiness to learn German intensively
