SEO Specialist – Trucking & Commercial Repair Company

About Us:
We are a fast-growing transportation and commercial truck repair company serving clients across the region. With a fleet of trucks and a full-service repair shop, we are committed to delivering exceptional logistics and maintenance services. We are currently looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and increase visibility for both our transportation and repair divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic to both trucking and repair service websites.
- Conduct keyword research specific to trucking, logistics, diesel repair, and related search trends.
- Optimize website content, metadata, blogs, service pages, and landing pages for search engines.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO including backlink strategies and technical SEO improvements.
- Track and report SEO performance, rankings, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing staff to ensure SEO best practices are met across all channels.
- Stay current with SEO, search engine, and industry trends and best practices.
- Help manage local SEO for multiple shop and terminal locations (Google Business Profiles, local citations, etc.).
- Optimize YouTube or video-based content for SEO where applicable.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawl errors).
- Knowledge of the trucking and/or repair industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with PPC and digital advertising is a bonus.
