Senior Technical Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team and make an impact on complex, cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through strategic thinking and in-depth understanding of business goals and technical requirements.
• Lead client workshops and interviews to understand core business processes, identify bottlenecks, and discover areas for improvement, applying both system and business thinking to ensure a holistic analysis.
• Conduct in-depth Research and Development (RnD) sessions to identify feasible and innovative solutions that align with client needs and technical capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy across all project phases.
• Provide solution directions and recommendations based on client needs, environmental specifics, and emerging industry trends.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), including BPMN flows, mind maps, flowcharts, and solution maps that accurately capture the project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Development teams, Project Managers, and Design teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the Tech Lead in ensuring that client requirements are accurately translated into clear and actionable technical documentation.
• Support quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and verifying solutions.
• Participate as a subject matter expert in client presentations, project kick-offs, and strategic discussions, effectively communicating solutions and project progress.
• Represent the company at professional events and presentations when required, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose forward-thinking solutions and keep the company ahead of the competition.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Technical Business Analyst in IT or related fields, with a strong technical background.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies and technical tools.
• Strong experience with gathering and documenting business requirements, creating BRDs, and developing technical flowcharts, business maps, and process models.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both clients and technical teams.
• Ability to conduct workshops and RnD sessions with clients and stakeholders, offering both technical and business insights.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) and Romanian.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Certifications in business analysis is a plus.
