We are looking for:

Senior Salesfloor Manager

Overview:
The Salesfloor Manager plays a key leadership role within our business-class airfare division, overseeing a team of sales representatives focused on providing premium flight booking services from the U.S. to destinations worldwide. This position is designed for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the travel industry—preferably within a competitive flight sales environment—who can drive team performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop future sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales agents, with a focus on training and supporting new employees to achieve performance excellence.
  • Monitor individual and team results, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and accountability.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and support employee growth and career development.
  • Manage conflict effectively and maintain team harmony in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to identify process improvements, optimize sales strategies, and contribute to long-term business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory previous experience in a similar supervisory or senior sales role within the travel or airline ticketing industry within the business class segment 3 years +.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate sales teams and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Solid understanding of airfare pricing, GDS systems, and the competitive landscape of the travel market.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Ambition to grow into a Senior Sales Manager position, demonstrating commitment to team success and organizational growth.
