Senior Java Developer / Software Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Software Architecture expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance Java applications while also contributing to the architectural vision and technical strategy of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture discussions for new initiatives and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based backend systems
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, and drive technical innovation
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to other developers
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues in production environments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring Booot
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
