Senior Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and implementing integration flows across our mobile-first fintech platform. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in integration technologies, including Java, REST, SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, and various messaging platforms such as MQ, KAFKA, and RabbitMQ.

You will collaborate closely with system analysts to design efficient integration solutions and with QA to automate integration testing, ensuring the seamless functionality of our services.

Responsibilities:

Integration Design: Collaborate with system analysts to design and implement efficient integration flows and systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements;
Automation of Integration Testing: Work closely with QA teams to design and automate integration tests, ensuring seamless, high-quality interactions between systems.
Security: Partner with the Security Team to ensure all integrations adhere to the latest security standards, following best practices for data protection, encryption, and compliance.
Systems Integration: Utilize your expertise in Java, REST, SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, Messaging with MQ, Data Streaming (KAFKA, RabbitMQ, JMS), and various other technologies to develop robust integration solutions across platforms.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of integration solutions. Required Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Java, REST, SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, Messaging with MQ, KAFKA, RabbitMQ, JMS, WSO2, SoapUI, SQL, and GraphQL.
Integration Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration flows and automating integration testing.
Security Awareness: Deep understanding of security principles and a demonstrated ability to work with security teams to implement and maintain high security standards.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (System Analysts, QA, Security) to design, test, and deliver solutions that meet business and technical needs.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a mobile-first fintech environment.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions (AWS, Azure).
Strong experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
