Senior Business Development Manager
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding biz-dev team for one of our FinTech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Discover and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Partnership Development: Expand and strengthen the company's network of partners to enhance sales performance.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and upsell existing ones, leveraging market insights to effectively position our products and services.
- Product and Service Expansion: Work closely with product teams to provide insights based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a prominent presence in the fintech space. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to business development activities, providing regular updates and insights to senior management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Proven success in closing complex B2B deals.
- Established network with strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The existing network of potential leads is a significant advantage.
- Ability to foster and maintain productive external partnerships and internal collaborations.
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying and seizing new opportunities.
- Results driven with a history of exceeding targets.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market data and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant business tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
- Organized, precise, and structured approach.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
- Languages: English (mandatory), Russian (preferred).
