The Role

We need someone who can take full ownership of creating detailed, scalable product documentation and manuals, work that requires dedicated focus and precision. Think: comprehensive step-by-step manuals, complete portal guides, and detailed product documentation that requires sustained focus and thorough execution. Everything you create will be adapted across 10+ languages and markets, so scalability and consistency are critical.

How to make an impact

• Create complete user manuals for our parking app (step-by-step screenshots, instructions, troubleshooting)
• Build comprehensive guides for our self-service portal and admin tools
• Document complex multi-step processes with clear visual guidance
• Design documentation templates that work across multiple languages and markets Maintain and update existing documentation as features evolve
• Work from content outlines to produce polished, user-friendly guides that are translation-ready
• Ensure consistency in formatting, terminology, and visual style across all documentation and localized versions

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, documentation, and technical writing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes methodically
• Comfortable with repetitive, structured work (screenshot → annotate → format → repeat) Basic design skills (layout, formatting, visual hierarchy)
• Understanding of localization considerations (text expansion, visual clarity without language dependency)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar English proficiency for documentation purposes
• Advanced English proficiency — written, spoken, and technical
• Patient, thorough, and comfortable with long-term projects

Why This Role Matters

Our Brand & Creative team handles strategic one/two-pagers, but these comprehensive manuals require dedicated focus and are usually outsourced to an agency. You'll create foundational materials that scale across our entire global operation, one well-designed manual becomes 10+ market-ready versions, directly impacting adoption and customer success worldwide.
