Sales Director - English

Sales Director – Freight Brokerage (USA & Canada Market)
Location: Botanica, Office-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals who:

• Has 2–5+ years of proven B2B sales leadership experience (preferably in logistics)
• Understands North American transportation markets (FTL, LTL, cross-border, etc.)
• Can build and manage a team while closing deals themselves if needed
• Brings a strong sales process, CRM discipline, and data-driven mindset
• Is proactive, decisive, and driven by results
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written)
• Works well independently, but also collaborates easily with operations and leadership
• Is comfortable working evening hours to align with North American clients

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base and market share
• Train, and manage a team of freight sales reps as the business scales
• Create and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards
• Lead client acquisition efforts, build relationships, and close high-value freight accounts
• Work closely with operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
• Analyze the market and adjust tactics to stay competitive in a fast-changing freight landscape
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales with company-wide goals and initiatives
