As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Team.
  • Initiating telephone and email contact, to discover commercial opportunities in assigned territory;
  • Look for commercial leads by utilizing all the provided internal and 3rd party tools;
  • Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations with US Software Solutions products by providing support to qualified prospects and customers (including follow up, product information, quotations and closures);
  • Meet monthly KPI’s such as number of created Commercial opportunities (measured through the weekly/ monthly CRM activity reports);
  • Participation in call-out days and events;
  • Update CRM with lead information and actions (calls, mails, demos etc.);
  • Participation in customer meetings with Account Managers;
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of US Software Solutions products and the benefits they provide to potential customers;
  • Keeping track of new product releases and marketing updates;
  • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment;
  • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company level;
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems;
  • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is welcomed, but no required;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • Capacity for innovative thinking, problem-solving and self-improvement;
  • Ability to understand client’s needs;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Strong team-oriented approach with excellent business skills;
  • A high-energy team player with a background in sound decision-making;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
