We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Manager to work with the U.S. market from our call center office.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and screening candidates for U.S.-based clients
• Making outbound calls to candidates
• Conducting interviews and pre-screenings
• Presenting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM
• Achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
