Building on SUPERNOVA’s established expertise and network in logistics, this new venture aims to set new standards in dispatching excellence. Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruiter. No prior experience in recruitment is required—what matters most is your willingness to learn, your drive to succeed, and your passion for working with people. Your Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing local candidates for various positions within the company.
• Learn and apply effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Support the managment in organizing and coordinating recruitment processes.
• Communicate with candidates and help guide them through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Who You Are

• University degree is required.
• Proficient in English, Russian, and Romanian (B2/C1 level for each language).
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, resilience, adaptability, and empathy.
• Confident using LinkedIn or willing to learn.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ready to work from our office in the city center (no remote work).
