About the position:

• Review recorded calls to ensure team members are following scripts and workflows
• Monitor how leads are being handled and flag any deviations from the process
• Provide structured feedback to help the team improve performance
• Work closely with managers to refine and optimize lead workflows
• Flexible shifts
