What You will Do:

• Handling settings for products, shipping options, and pricing, ensuring everything integrates and operates smoothly.
• Helping in Implementing new products that align with our company’s strategic goals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information to ensure reliability in backend operations.
• Providing ongoing customer support by responding to product queries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with shipping or refund concerns.
• Collaborating continuously with various teams to enhance product offerings and resolve any emerging issues.

Preferrable Background:

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer support, to drive product success.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying new product opportunities and contributing to product testing and quality assurance.
• Proficient in English, with a minimum of a B2 level.
