PR Manager
Job description
We are looking for a proactive and creative PR specialist who can build strong, visible, and engaging communication for the company’s five brands.
In this role, you will not only create content and PR strategies but also personally organize the company’s participation and attend major international conferences — in Rome, Barcelona, Cyprus, and other European locations.
If you enjoy a mix of PR, content, social media, and dynamic offline activities, this is a role where you can develop all these skills at once and see the real impact of your work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies for the company’s five brands, creating a strong and unified brand voice
- Build the brands’ image as thought leaders in their respective niches
- Plan and manage content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) with a focus on engagement and brand awareness
- Create content and visuals, collaborating with designers and contractors for online and offline activities
- Analyze the effectiveness of content and PR activities, including reach, engagement, and audience growth; prepare reports
- Fully organize the company’s participation in international conferences and events (from concept to post-event reporting), including logistics, stands, merchandise, catering, and award segments
- Manage budgets, payments, and invoices for all PR and event projects
- Maintain corporate social media channels in a consistent visual style, creating content that reflects the company culture
- Increase employee engagement and enhance the company’s HR brand awareness
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in PR or Digital Marketing, with proven cases and results
- Practical experience in SMM and managing social media — able to create content that works
- Ability to develop and implement PR and content strategies for multiple brands
- Skills in analyzing content and PR effectiveness, and preparing reports
- Experience organizing offline events and conferences “from concept to execution”
- Creating content and visuals, working with designers and contractors (basic Canva/Figma skills — a plus)
- Project management: planning, monitoring timelines, and controlling budgets
- Creativity and initiative in solving tasks
- Systematic and responsible, able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and partners
