Payment System Specialist (Junior)
About the role:
We are looking for an attentive and responsible Payment Systems Specialist who will help maintain the stability and relevance of payment systems by ensuring correct integrations, accurate data and content, and timely communication between teams.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer support or content management — especially if you’ve worked in e-commerce or banking services. You will be responsible for data accuracy, integration testing, content updates, and interaction with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of payment solutions.
So what will you be doing?
- Configure the admin panel of payment systems — including both technical and content aspects.
- Check the correctness of integrations and test payment systems before release.
- Monitor the stability and success rate of payments after deployment.
- Maintain payment systems: update texts, banners, logos, and other content elements.
- Track defects and issues, help document them, and forward them to IT.
- Monitor updates and changes from payment providers to ensure data remains current on the website.
- Assist with small internal tasks.
- Actively participate in work chats and respond promptly to messages.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing projects and updates.
- Communicate with other departments to solve simple but important payment-related tasks.
Experience and skills required:
- 1–2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in English (B1–B2)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
- Confident PC user with basic tools (Excel, admin panels, messengers)
- Ability to work in a team and maintain communication in an online environment
- Responsibility, initiative, and readiness to take on small but important tasks
