Join SkyUp as Operations Coordinator (Logistics).

In this role you will be:

• Cooperating with the customs broker to handle cargo clearance (spare parts, equipment, onboard supplies).
• Preparing and coordinating customs documents in advance (invoices, certificates, packing lists).
• Сollecting, verifying, and submitting documents to the accounting department (invoices, contracts, customs declarations).
• Liaising with courier services (DHL, FedEx) to ensure prompt delivery and dispatch.
• Ordering and tracking the delivery of spare parts for aircraft ER-SMA.
• monitoring shipments in transit using tracking numbers/сoordination of logistics processes.

We expect from you:

• Higher education (university degree completed).
• At least 2 years of experience in the aviation or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of the customs legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
• Understanding of international logistics and the specifics of delivering aviation spare parts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher — required.
• Knowledge of Romanian language.
• Valid driver's license.
