What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled Dispatcher who’s comfortable managing multiple drivers, routes, and loads, particularly within Flatbed, Stepdeck and Conestoga operations. Someone who can think quickly, solve problems effectively, and ensure everything moves on time and on target.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently dispatch Flatbed, Stepdeck and Conestoga trucks across routes
• Maintain clear, professional communication with drivers, brokers, and clients
• Organize schedules and assign loads to maximize efficiency
• Address any issues quickly and keep operations flowing
• Utilize dispatch software and transportation management systems confidently

• Have hands-on experience with Flatbed, Stepdeck and Conestoga freight
• Excel in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
