Non loan process and product manager

Role- Development and management of banking products and processes that do not involve lending.

Responsibilities:
1. Analysis and development of current and new Non-Loan products and services for Business Clients
2. Research, analysis, and assessment of products and services offered by competitors to legal entities, with the aim of identifying our gaps and adjusting them to remain competitive.
3. Close collaboration with the Bank’s Branches to implement, operate, and adjust processes related to new product implementation and evaluation of current products
4. Review of internal procedures within the Bank and report specific data as required, when necessary
5. Collaboration with other Departments and Sections on projects and participation in fulfilling internal tasks, as well as adjusting and optimizing existing processes
6. Participation in market analysis and financial trends to provide suggestions and innovative ideas for developing new products or improving existing ones
7. Contribution to the development of marketing materials
8. Generating periodic reports and analyses on the performance of Business products and services and presenting them to the Direct Manager / Bank’s Management Committee.

Requirements:
1. University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
2. Experience in product development and process management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector;
3. Good understanding of banking products and services for legal entities, excluding lending;
4. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess market trends and competitor offerings;
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail;
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or MIS systems is a plus;
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement;
10. Good command of English (spoken and written);
11. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
