Mylute Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner to be the local champion of the Mylute mobile app — our flagship self-service platform — for the Moldovan market. You'll bridge the gap between our local customers, internal teams, and international HQ, owning the app’s journey in Moldova.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Mylute Product Owner in Moldova, you will:

• Own the entire lifecycle of the Mylute mobile app for the local market
• Act as the voice of Moldovan customers, collecting feedback and turning it into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HQ, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Ensure that the app meets regulatory, language, and user experience standards in Moldova
• Help position the app as a key digital channel for loan management, onboarding, loyalty and more

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Manage the product backlog and roadmap for the Mylute app in Moldova
• Organize and oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before every major release
• Work closely with local marketing and customer support teams to align messaging and support content
• Analyze app usage metrics, NPS, and customer behavior to identify improvement areas
• Monitor app performance and triage bugs or user issues in collaboration with the QA and Dev teams
• Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and stand-ups with the global tech/product teams
• Represent Moldova’s market needs in product planning and business reviews

REQUIREMENTS — WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager ideally with mobile platforms
• Strong command of English, and fluency in Romanian
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, digital user journeys, and app engagement
• Experience with tools like Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics
• Great communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Strong awareness of local customer needs, behaviors, and market trends in Moldova

• Background in fintech, digital banking, or consumer finance
• Strong sense for UX/UI best practices
• Experience launching or scaling digital products in Moldova or similar markets
