Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design and implement production-ready systems powered by large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have experience with backend development and integrating AI capabilities directly into business workflows.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and deploy LLM-based features (classification, summarization, semantic search, chat);
· Prototype and validate models locally using Ollama;
· Build embedding-based search and similarity systems;
· Design multi-step interaction flows using Model Context Protocol (MCP);
· Use toolcalling to enable LLMs to interact with APIs, databases, and external services;
· Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI;
· Store and manage structured data with SQLor PostgreSQL;
· Implement caching and fast-access layers using Redis;
· Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and maintainability standards.

Requirements:
· Proven experience with LLM integration and backend development;
· Strong command of Python and API development best practices;
· Ability to ship working systems, not just prototypes;
· Proficiency in Russian (required) and English (B1 or above).
