Position Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist you will manage performance marketing campaigns, social media, collaborate with agency partners, and work with internal teams to deliver consistent, impactful ads and marketing campaigns.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Launch ads and campaigns
• Collaborate with advertising and SEO agency partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience preferences.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business development, design, IT, and customer care teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and trends to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and drive continuous growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, product launches, and promotional activities as needed.

• Proven experience in marketing roles, fintech industry in a B2B segment will be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creativity and ability to solve challenges in non-standard approaches
