Marketing Manager

Location: Chisinau, Moldova/Full Time/ Office based/Logistics & Trasport Sector

Business Plane Group is expanding- and we are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to take our brand and services to the next level.
If you thrive in a fast-pace environment, understand B2B communication, and want to bring innovation to the logistics industry, this is you chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on logistics, freight forwarding, and transport services
• Manage branding, digital presence, internal and external communication
• Create and execute B2B campaigns to support client acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in marketing management (min. 2-3 years) preferably in logistics, transportation, or B2B services
• Skilled in campaign development, digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO etc.)
• Strong communicator with a creative yet analytical mindset
• Proactive, organized, and result oriented
• English (B2)
