HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (a tobacco company) is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:
LAMP Executive (HoReCa and Plugin)
Position Objective:
To organize, coordinate, and oversee all processes related to the development of the HoReCa channel and the execution of branded plug-in zones at events. The goal is to ensure effective brand presence, achieve KPIs, and maintain company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategies for the HoReCa channel and Plug-ins.
- Plan activities on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis in line with marketing goals.
- Analyze channel performance and implement improvements.
2. Budget Management
- Create and manage budgets for both areas.
- Optimize costs and control expenses related to events, equipment, and personnel.
- Prepare regular budget and reports.
3. Contracting & Negotiations
- Lead negotiations and sign contracts with HoReCa partners and event organizers.
- Align terms of cooperation and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Manage documentation and liaise with the legal department.
4. Equipment & Materials
- Organize procurement, installation, and maintenance of branded equipment in HoReCa venues and Plug-in.
- Ensure availability of POSM/TPOSM and technical readiness of zones.
- Maintain inventory and logistics tracking.
5. Plug-ins
- Identify relevant events (festivals, concerts, exhibitions, etc.).
- Organize branded zones from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with contractors (design, production, installation, staffing).
- Ensure quality execution and adherence to brand standards.
6. Field Visits & Supervision
- Conduct regular visits to HoReCa venues and events.
- Monitor compliance with standards and resolve issues on-site.
- Support field teams and gather feedback.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare performance reports on channel effectiveness, KPIs, and expenses.
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Present results to management.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics departments.
- Participate in launching new consumer engagement formats.
- Ensure alignment with national campaigns.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, event management, or HoReCa channel development.
- Proven experience in managing branded activations, events, or channel development projects.
- Strong knowledge of HoReCa market dynamics and event activation processes
- Negotiation and contracting skills with business partners, event organizers, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with logistics, equipment procurement, and POSM/TPOSM management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian (English – will be an advantage)
- Driving license (B) and availability of personal car for business use (fuel/expenses covered by company .
