Bookkeeping Agent

Who are you:
We are looking for a Bookkeeping agent who will manage our company’s accounting operations, financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Your future job duties:

• Assists in doing the payments of the invoices; 
• Record and correct day to day financial transactions; 
• Check and investigate discrepancies; 
• Processing accounts receivable and payable; 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must); 
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred; 
• At least B1+ English communication skills; 
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; 
• Advanced knowledge in Excel/Word/other MS Office programs;
• Attentiveness;
