IT Business Analyst (German-speaking)

BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
The main purpose of the role is to act as a link between information technology experts and our clients by performing business analysis activities and supporting the development, testing, and deployment of software product features.
As a Business Analyst, you will need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and customers to understand the needs of the delivery team as well as the needs and requirements of the product’s stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Delivery Leads and UI/UX Designers
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders using various elicitation techniques
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, analyzing potential value, and recommending solutions
• Creating artifacts such as MVP definitions, product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint backlogs in a clear and concise manner
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that are easily understood by developers, project teams, and stakeholders
• Completing requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and supporting diagrams
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Conducting refinement/grooming sessions and participating in all Scrum meetings
• Working closely with QA teams to write test scenarios and validate solutions

BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• Verbal and written communication skills in German (B2 level)
• Proven experience as a BusinessAnalyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner
• Strong analytical skills to transform defined business needs into software requirements
• Logical and efficient, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and capture client business goals and objectives
• Experience with wireframing tools
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to influence client stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment
