As a Recruiter at DRS, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the recruitment process. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organizations we serve by placing the right talent in the right positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Position Alignment: Conduct client calls to understand role requirements and adjust job descriptions.
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to ensure the best match for client needs. Prepare evaluation grids and compliance tables, and conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, ensuring updates and feedback are provided throughout the process.
- Tailoring CVs: adapt candidates' CVs to meet job requirements, showcasing key skills and achievements that align with specific job descriptions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English are essential for interacting with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Experience: 1-2 years of experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition is required, along with a solid understanding of sourcing and candidate screening. Experience at a recruitment company is a strong advantage.
- CRM & Tool Proficiency: We highly value hands-on experience with CRMs, sourcing tools, and online research.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using recruitment platforms, email, Zoom, and Office applications for daily tasks, interviews, and communication.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to challenges, and simultaneously excels at managing multiple recruitment projects.
- Efficiency & Professionalism: Able to meet tight deadlines, staying focused and motivated to secure top candidates despite challenges.
