We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager with strong expertise in HR data analytics and payroll processes to drive employee retention, engagement, and talent acquisition across our operations in Moldova and Romania. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partnering with talented professionals across both markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to managers and employees, providing strategic and operational support.
- Leverage HR data analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements in recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with legal requirements, and alignment with internal policies.
- Collaborate with managers to maintain a positive work environment, support performance review process, strengthen employee engagement, and promote a high-performance culture.
- Manage and streamline the full talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small HR team (HR Specialist & Recruiter), fostering professional growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and control the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives while maximizing business impact.
- Advise senior management on compensation & benefits benchmarking and workforce planning strategies.
- Organize and coordinate company events, promoting team cohesion and corporate culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor legislation, and best practices in C&B administration.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, HR data analytics and the ability to translate data insights into practical solutions.
- Experience in budget planning, monitoring, and cost control for HR initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing, multi-country environment, managing competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
The compensation level for this position will be evaluated/discussed individually based on the level of the skills and competencies of the candidate.
