Google Ads Specialist with English - Remote

KOYA (https://koyappc.com/) is a small Pay Per Click marketing agency that specializes in creating result-driven Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn and Pinterest ad campaigns for international clients (currently focusing on the USA market)

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our ranks. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the team to develop PPC strategy for our clients, creating new ad campaigns, as well as analyzing results, optimizing the campaigns, creating reports and communicating the results to clients via email, Slack and video calls.

You should already have 1+ year of experience with Google Ads, but further training will be provided to teach you our approach.

Tasks:

• Creating Google Ads campaigns
• Setup of necessary tracking Google Analytics
• Campaign optimization through effective keyword research, text ad creation, bid management techniques, interest targeting, competitor analysis and campaign structuring.
• Creating reports to understand the performance of various marketing campaigns
• Helping to conduct PPC Audits
• Engaging in graphic design ideation (banner ads, landing pages)

Requirements:

• Advanced English Proficiency (C1-C2) - a necessary prerequisite
• Ability to join evening calls (i.e. at 5-6 pm) on set days of the month (to accommodate for evening calls with the USA timezone)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• A desire and ability to learn quickly
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets/Google Docs
• Interest in Marketing/Emerging Tech/Business Growth

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in running Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Other PPC campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads Certificates
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams

Salary:

• $1000-1500, depending on qualifications and experience
