Fleet Operations Analyst

US Software Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Operations Analyst to join our Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to improve fleet performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and maintain fleet-related data from multiple sources, including the Samsara app and internal systems;
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Create and maintain Excel reports and dashboards;
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different platforms;
• Assist in implementing data-driven solutions to optimize fleet utilization, maintenance scheduling, and route efficiency;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with fleet management software is a plus;
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
